Breakfast –

  • Banana bread, yogurt & tropical fruits (papaya, mango & passionfruit salad)
  • Pineapple jalapeños corn muffins
  • Fluffy pancakes with local honey or nutmeg jelly
  • Boat-made rosemary toast and eggs anyway
  • Toasted bagels with cream cheese crispy bacon
  • Blueberry yogurt muffins 
  • Toasted boat-made granola with tropical fruit & yogurt
  • Baked eggs in ham, topped with parmigiano 


Lunch

  • Coconut crusted shrimp with lime, curry mayonnaise & green salad
  • Buckwheat peanut noodles with crispy steamed greens & sesame slaw
  • Beef burger on a home-made bun with tropical salad & chardon beni sauce
